We recommend all clients apply the ‘thirds’ rule to any community engagement project with equal time being allocated to –
strategic planning of the engagement activity | project implementation | and finally (and most importantly) the evaluation.
Some clients bring us in to see a project from start to finish. Some ask us to provide just the Engagement Strategy process and they will oversee implementation. Others ask us to evaluate their engagement projects. Think of it as pick and mix!
