In collaboration with Australia’s most experienced online community engagement providers, Bang the Table, Becky Hirst Consulting worked with the Kimberley Performing Arts Council in Broome to facilitate a strategic planning day with key stakeholders.
Held over a weekend (right at the start of the wet season!), Becky Hirst prepared and delivered a one-day training course for volunteer table facilitators. The following day, Becky and her team of facilitators led a group of stakeholders with an interest in the performing arts in the Kimberley region through a strategic planning day.
The day was highly participatory and made use of Bang the Table’s EngagementHQ software to upload conversations instantly.
