Becky Hirst was contracted to plan and facilitate an informative, fun and participatory staff workshop to explore the potential of Community Governance models in delivering 4 Sports & Community Club Master Plans. This work led on to planning and facilitating a conversation with key external stakeholders on the same topic.

The workshops aimed to help participants feel informed, inspired and motivated about a new way of working; and identify who key stakeholders in a community governance process might be. This was done through a series of creative activities.
