Becky Hirst Consulting was contracted by the City of Marion to plan and facilitate a community engagement process as part of a Design by Competition process. The process involved 3 design teams competing to be awarded the winning design, going through a process of public presentations to a jury and community members.

Becky Hirst Consulting provided facilitation services for three public meetings in total, two of which adopted a creative marketplace style approach to seeking community and stakeholder input in to the design process. We provided thorough reports of each engagement process which were provided to the design teams and jury.
