Becky Hirst Consulting was contracted by the City of Unley in 2010 to lead the process of developing a new community engagement toolkit for internal use. The process involved working with staff and Elected Members to identify what information they needed in order to deliver best-practice community engagement. The final document was designed around questions that staff frequently asked during the development of the toolkit.
